We've been tagged by my dear friend Katy in SLC (whom I've never met lol) and her adorable kiddos Zack and Finley. Get ready! You may be next!! Here's 10 facts about miss Kinners.
1. She is ALWAYS happy in the morning. She would spend an hour playing in her crib if we let her. She always has a great big smile and a "Hi!" for whoever comes in to get her. It makes Mommy's early mornings so much nicer.
2. She has a scar on her right wrist from the IV nutrition she got after her first heart surgery. Ironically, it's in the shape of a heart!
3. Her favorite phrase is "Hi dahpaw!" (hi grandpa)
4. She is a crazy walking maniac now! It's rather funny to watch. Brian says she looks like Larry the Cable Guy doing his handicapped walk.
5. Her favorite hobby is terrorizing Braeden. He'll be sitting there, playing nicely, and she gets this evil little grin on her face and takes off after him.
6. McKinley is a poster child for babywearing. She loves to be held, so we spend lots of time in carriers.
7. She has a new-found love for Baby Einstein movies. The child who can't sit still for ANYTHING will sit and watch these. Life saver for Mommy!
8. She loves to look in the mirror after I do her hair. She always giggles at the little ponytail and bow.
9. There is NO food that she will not eat. Although the salt & vinegar chips the other day did evoke a full body shudder!
10. She has to be right in the middle of any action. Whether it's cooking dinner or vacuuming, she has to be there to "help."
Needless to say, we feel pretty blessed to have McKinley. From being told that she wouldn't live more than 2 weeks to a beautiful little girl that you would never guess had anything wrong with her, it's been a long journey in the short amount of time she's been here. She is sunshine in everyone's day.
